Work blouse from neck down in Tynn Line.
Work first the back until underarms. Work turning rows to shape slanting shoulders, and inc sts for armholes. Knit up sts on each shoulder and work each front separately at first. Work turning rows to shape slanting shoulders, cast on sts at neck before joining the two fronts to one. Inc sts for armhole as for the back. Join parts from underarms.
Knit up sts on armhole edge for sleeves and inc new sts at upper part to give extra width for puff sleeves.
Work in rnds with turning rows to shape the puff sleeve, end with ribbing and a crocheted picot edging.
Work neckband in ribbing.
