Top-down shorts with double waistband, gusset shaping and contrasting i-cord edges. Relaxed oversized fit.
Jonathan Tee Junior pattern included.
Work shorts in St-st from waist down, with i-cord edging at front of each leg and each leg edge. Work double waistband for elastic band, and cord (optional). Work turning rows for extra width at back, and work gusset between legs before dividing work and cont each leg separately. Knit up sts in contrast col and work i-cord edgings.
The shorts has a wide and oversized fit.
- Knitting Needles: Knitting Needle no. 3, Knitting Needle no. 3½
- Knitting tension: 21 sts = 10 cm
- Accessories: Elastic band for waist, approx 25 mm wide
