Work sweater from hem up with pattern according to diagram. From underarm work the back in rows (back and forth). Then work front, and cast off middle front sts to shape a deeper neckline, and work each side separately.
Knit up sts for sleeves on armhole edge and work sleeves in rnds, end with ribbing.
Work neckband and fold to WS.
