Begin to work front back and forth with inc. Work back in same manner,. Join back and front and cont in rnds with inc. End skirt with edging in St-st, and bind off using crochet hook. Work armhole edgings and straps, and bind off in same manner. Options: Work straps with or without buttonholes.
